2. The petitioner seeks relaxation in the age criteria as specified in the Employment Notice No. 04 of 2022 dated 13-09-2022, as contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition. The age limit in the said Advertisement has been specified with reference to 01/09/2022. The last date for submission of application was 20/10/2022, whereas the writ application has been filed in February 2023.

3. The petitioner's counsel has not made out any case for relaxation in the age criteria, which is uniformly applicable, as per Employment Notice No. 04 of 2022. Such individual claim for relaxation, without any basis, cannot be considered by this Court to be raising any issue of right, which can be enforced by issuance of a writ.
4. The writ application is dismissed.
