The petitioner has filed this petition for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 vide order dated 09.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34156 of 2014 on the undertaking that opposite party no. 2 had already returned Rs. 55,000/- to the complainant and the rest amount Rs. 2,95,000/- will be paid within six months from the date of the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 submits that he has already handed over Rs. 2,10,000/- to the complainant within time and the remaining amount of Rs. 85,000/- is lying due and he has prepared bank draft of Rs. 85,000/- to handover to the complainant.
