Petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with a murder case registered against unknown. Their name has transpired during investigation of the case. Charge-sheet has been submitted for accidental firing. In the circumstances, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Town P.S. Case No. 229 of 2014.
