A girl, Khushboo Kumari aged about 14 years was enticed away by the petitioner. Her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been annexed as Annexure-2 wherefrom it is apparent that even she was not inclined to marry, petitioner forcibly married.
In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Therefore, bail is rejected.
However, if so advised, petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
