2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of firing at the victim but the bullet did not hit anybody.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10152 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.130 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 of the BNSS.
