ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State Health Society. It appears from Annexure- B and Annexure-C to the show cause, which has been filed today, that the grievances of the two petitioners have been redressed and they have been brought back to their previous place of postings from where they had been terminated. It further appears that in Annexure-B, due to inadvertence in the second line of the letter, the word "Niyukti" has been used which in fact is an order of posting and not a fresh appointment.

The subject in which the said letter no. 803 dated 14.02.2018 has been issued clearly indicates that it is an order of posting after re-instatement and therefore, now the issue seems to
