11-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the report of the trial court. This is third attempt made on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier petitioner's prayer was refused vide orders dated 23.07.2012 & 09.01.2014 respectively passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 14837/2012 and 38079/2013.

Taking into consideration subsequent developments and anticipation of the trial court to conclude the trial within three months since only three witnesses are now left with.

Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby refused in connection with S. Tr. No. 71/2012/131/2013 arising out of Nawada P.S. Case No. 526/2011 pending before Adhoc A.D.J. - III, Nawada.
