2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/494 of the IPC.

3. The informant makes allegation that the marriage of his sister was solemnized with co-accused Ashutosh Giri in 2014. Ashutosh Giri was demanding Rs. 2,00,000/- for opening a shop. Ashutosh Giri used to inflict torture on the victim. On 31.05.2021, the informant came to know that the accused persons had committed the murder of the deceased by burning. He expressed his firm belief that Ashutosh Giri and the other accused persons named in the FIR, who are family members of Ashutosh Giri, had committed the murder of the deceased. It has also been mentioned in the fardbeyan that Ashutosh Giri has solemnized his second marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the entire allegation is against the husband, Ashutosh Giri, and the

No.10345 of 2025(3) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 petitioners are the mother-in-law, father-in-law, and married Nanad of the deceased, and that is why they have been implicated in this case. An independent witness, in paragraph no. 43 of the case diary (Ram Brich Mahto), has stated that Ashutosh Giri, during the lifetime of his first wife, had solemnized his second marriage with one Punam Devi, and she also left her husband. It has further been submitted that Ashutosh Giri, in confessional statement, has confessed his guilt.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the fact that the entire allegation is on husband of the deceased, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sheohar in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 114 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
