Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the respondent Nos. 3,4 and 5 for redressal of his grievance but till date there is no decision on the representation filed by the petitioner.

Without going into the merit of the case the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation filed by the petitioner within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
