2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 467, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Some unknown miscreants committed theft of mobile phone of different companies from the shop of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Garbhu Sah.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent, out of which, one is of similar nature.
