Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Md. Sufiyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application.
