Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Roshanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 160 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. The two out of ten named in the FIR have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the FIR. He has no criminal antecedent and nothing was recovered from his possession, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7025 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge, Gaya, in connection with Roshanganj (Bankey-Bazar) P.S.
