2. The claim for issuance of Last Pay Certificate (for brevity 'L.P.C.') is pending consideration before the Superintendent, Sadar Hospital, Motihari, East Champaran, Bihar (Respondent No. 7). The grievance raised, on behalf of the petitioner, is that the application was submitted on 01-042022, till date, the L.P.C. has not been issued, which is

Patna High Court CWJC No.2994 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/2 adversely effecting the grant of due emoluments to the petitioner.

3. Since the issue is pending consideration before the Respondent No. 7, there is no issue arising for adjudication in the instant writ proceedings.

4. Respondent No. 7 should pass necessary orders on the petitioner's claim dated 01-04-2022, as contained in Annexure5-A to the writ petition, within eight (8) weeks' from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
