The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special Case No. 3547 of 2017 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 187 of 2017 registered under Sections 30, 38(i) and 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 41310 of 2018 on 17.07.2018.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
