Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the assailant and against him there is direct allegation that he shot fire on Pankaj Kumar causing his death.

From the report received, it reveals that Session trial is likely to be disposed of as defence argument was going on. Considering that the petitioner is the assailant, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail stands rejected.
