Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Murder of the husband of the informant was committed while he was sleeping. Suspicion is against several persons including the petitioner, for different reasons. Suspicion against the petitioner is for the reason that he used to sleep with the husband of the informant but on the day of occurrence he was not there. Co-accused Pappu Kumar used to threaten the husband of the informant to kill him. Co-accused Indrajeet Kumar was in help of Pappu Kumar. (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
