2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 410 of 2025, registered for offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1) and 352 of the BNS.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused assaulted informant's father with brick, lathi, danda, iron rod and they also assaulted informant and his family members. In course of treatment, father of informant died. During investigation, witnesses have supported the allegation levelled against petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of assault by brick on the head of deceased is against co-accused Rama Paswan. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with others assaulted informant and other family members, on account of which, during treatment, father of informant died. As per postmortem report, deceased died due to hemorrhage & shock from the injuries, caused by hard & blunt substance. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent also.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
