In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 89 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under section 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act. .

As per allegation while the victim girl was harvesting grass, the petitioner caught hold her hand and dragged away her towards maize field whereupon she started crying. On hearing, her family members came there and then she could save her modesty.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before
