2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B) & 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the informant's daughter due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is married Nanad of the deceased and is in custody since 18.10.2024. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Sitmarhi P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024.
