Learned counsel for the petitioner placing reliance on the letter of the Principal Secretary, Education Department dated 10.11.2015 submitted that for payment of salary to the Niyojit Shikshak, the respondents have not acted upon the letter dated 10.11.2015.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Patna to take appropriate decision with regard to the entitlement of payment of salary in the light of letter dated 10.11.2015 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9111 of 2018(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 Principal Secretary, Education Department at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
