The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no. 218 of 2019 registered under sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation in the F.I.R., it is stated that two accused persons came on motorcycle at the shop of the informant and fired on the informant's father who had a narrow escape. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner transpired in course of investigation in the confessional statement of a co-accused made before police. He has neither been put on T.I. Parade nor has any incriminating material been recovered from his possession. He

The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case especially the fact of the petitioner not being put on T.I.Parade, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case no. 218 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.VI, Danapur, Patna. (Partha Sarthy, J) Bibhash/- U T
