None turned up on behalf of the informant in spite of appearance of learned counsel in daily cause list.
Both the petitioners, who are languishing in custody, seek bail in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, are named accused in this case of assault and snatching.
Submission is of false implication with ulterior motive and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, who carries no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners abovenamed are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Karja
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48333 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2/2 P.S. Case No. 112 of 2014, subject to condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date till disposal of the case and in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the privilege granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
