JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction for register an F.I.R. against the culprits of
Patna High Court CWJC No.2782 of 2023(2) dt.26-09-2023 2/3 defalcation as directed by respondent no. 3 as Annexure-2 and 3 respectively in Panchayat Samati, Durgawati Block, DistrictKaimur.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order or direction to respondents for recovery of the defalcated govt. money as loot done by either authorities or member of Panchayati or other agencies or persons involved in it.
(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ/order/or direction against the inquiry also against the respondent no. 7 and register F.I.R. against him."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
