2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366A, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner and others are said to have kidnapped the victim and thereafter taken her to Delhi. They confined her in a room there. It is alleged by the victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., that this petitioner had made videos of her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties and the petitioner is in jail since 26.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. I have considered the submissions of the parties.
7. The minor girl was taken away after administering her something in the drink and, thereafter, she was forcibly kept in Delhi and her videos was also made.
8. There is direct allegation against the petitioner. It appears that the accused persons are tampering with the evidence.
9. Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
