2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for sanction of map for the land in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2653 of 2025(2) dt.17-02-2025 2/2 question of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a fresh application in accordance with law/rule before the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks' from today. If the petitioner files the fresh application along with supporting documents before the Respondent No. 3 then the Respondent No. 3 is directed to take a decision on the application of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks' thereafter and pass a necessary & speaking order after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
