Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B) (a), 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of two cases. It is next submitted that for the same occurrence two FIRs have been instituted, i.e., the instant FIR and prior to this Mithanpura P.S Case No. 10 of 2024 dated 10-1-2024.

It is further submitted that petitioner had moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail in Mithanpura P.S Case No. 10 of 2024 by filing Cr. Misc No. 15837 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 16-4-2025. It is submitted

No.16664 of 2025(2) dt.16-04-2025 2/2 that the instant FIR is with respect to the same offence for which Mithanpura P.S Case No. 10 of 2024 was instituted, as such for the same offence two FIRs have been instituted, one by the Police, that is the instant FIR and one by the owner of the hotel where occurrence of firing took place, in which the victim sustained gunshot injuries fired by the petitioner. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same occurrence ,two FIRs have been instituted, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today in the instant case, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 14 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS. (Satyavrat Verma, J) SUMIT/- U T
