Mr.Madanjeet Kumar -Gp20 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has been paid all of his post retiral dues, the Court does not find any justification to grant any indulgence particularly in view of the fact that at the relevant time 90% provisional pension was granted to the petitioner in view of the departmental proceeding initiated and pending against the petitioner. There is no inordinate delay warranting award of interest on the post retiral dues.
In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of.
