JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 29-04-2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by the nonimplementation of the report of the Fitment Committee with respect to the employees under the National Health Mission regarding their salary and other allowances. Several representations to that effect has been made before the Chief Secretary, Development Commissioner and Principal Secretary, Health Department, Govt. of Bihar respectively by such employees of the National Health Mission, but those representations have not yet been acted upon. The petitioner expects that the recommendations of the Fitment Committee dated 10.02.2017 be implemented at the earliest.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7041 of 2019 dt.29-04-2019 3/3 reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of three months thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
