JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph-6 to 9 of the second supplementary counter affidavit filed by the respondent no.6, it has been stated that in response to the letters written by the Rehabilitation Officer, the Circle Officer, Supaul has informed that vide letter no.616 dated 05.02.2025 encroachment proceeding has been initiated against the encroachers vide Encroachment Case No.07 of 2024-25 for removal of encroachment from the land in question and in that

2. In view of the aforesaid development which has taken place during the pendency of the present writ application, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further cause of action survives in the present writ application and therefore the present writ application may kindly be disposed of in light of the aforesaid development.

3. As prayed for, the present writ application is disposed of in light of the fact that no cause of action now survives for the petitioner to pursue in the present writ application.
