The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Thae P.S.Case no.222 of 2018 dated 9.11.2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 436/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he set the Palani on fire of the informant and in the light of torch , he identified him.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier to that he had fired a case against the family members of the informant for encroachment of the land, which will appear from Annexure-2 and due to that he has been

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Thave P.S.Case No.222 of 2018 dated 9.11.2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
