Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 (B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was done to dowry death by her matrimonial inmates. The petitioner is son of mukhiya of that village and only allegation against him is that he asked the informant to manage the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is not family member of the matrimonial inmates of the deceased. He is son of mukhiya of adjoining village and there is only allegation

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 80 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
