The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No.231 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only for being the owner of the vehicle. It is further submitted that the petitioner is an old lady aged about 68 years. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19811 of 2021(4) dt.31-01-2022 2/2 furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.
