This application has been filed for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner who has been made an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

This case is instituted against unknown.

Petitioner's name appears emerged during investigation and as submitted on mere suspicion without any substance.

As submitted, from Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 131/2014, he has been remanded, but as yet, no Test Identification Parade has been conducted nor anything recovered from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48219 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 possession of the petitioner who carries no criminal antecedent except his alleged involvement in Turlauliya P.S. Case No. 131/2014, wherein he is on bail.

If, it is so, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 129/2014, with a condition to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, in case of failure on two consecutive dates without giving any reasonable explanation, the liberty granted shall be deemed to be cancelled.
