JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1355 of 2018, Trial No.2294 of 2018 disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per complaint petition against the petitioners is that the petitioners had got prepared the forged and fabricated sale deed in collusion with each other for the land in

No. 539 of 2011 before the Sub Judge, Gopalganj for proper adjudication. The dispute is purely in the civil nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Complaint Case No.1355 of 2018, Trial No.2294 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
