Taking into consideration that the petitioner was caught along with looted truck just after the alleged occurrence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 567 of 2013 arising out of National Highway (Bangra) P.S. Case No. 67 of 2013 pending in the court of Learned Additional Session Judge-I, Samastipur stands rejected.
