JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-05-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that he does not want to press this petition and further submits that taking advantage of orders of this Court dated 11.01.2024, passed in Civil Miscellaneous Jurisdiction No. 994

Patna High Court C. REV. No.49 of 2024(6) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 of 2018, the opposite parties are not allowing the Title Suit No. 381 of 2013 to proceed. Learned counsel further submits that learned trial Court may be directed for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 381 of 2013.

2. Learned Sub-Judge-III, Bettiah, West Champaran is directed to take expeditious steps for disposal of Title Suit No. 381 of 2013, considering the fact that the said Title Suit has been pending for last thirteen years before it and the same must be disposed of in terms of administrative directions of this Court issued for disposal of cases more than ten years old.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the present Civil Review petition stands disposed of.
