The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019 for offences under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case on account of land dispute between the parties. Referring to the injury report counsel submits that the injuries sustained by the informant side is simple in nature. The parties are agnate.

Considering the fact that parties are agnate, there is case and counter case and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Case No. 136 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
