In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions to allot the work of man power supply Agency (all maintenance work) in favour of the petitioner by quashing the cancellation of 27.4.18 as well as tender notice dated 28.04.2018 issued by Executive Engineer, Electrical Supply Division, Bihar Sharif, contained in

Patna High Court CWJC No.9596 of 2018(5) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Anneuxre-14 and 15."

3. There is no infirmity in the impugned action. So also tender notice dated 28.04.2018, which has already spent its force. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
