JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 722 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399/402 of the I.P.C., and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Police got an information of preparation of dacoity arrested the petitioner and other accused persons and from the possession of the petitioner one looted country made pistol was recovered.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 10.10.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8074 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Masaurhi, Patna, in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 722 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
