ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 30-06-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-SBPDCL has stated that the application of the petitioner was rejected solely on the ground that the petitioner has not submitted the necessary documents which were legible. Though the petitioner was put on notice to supply legible copies the same was complied with by the petitioner, therefore, his application was automatically rejected. Learned counsel has stated that in case the petitioner makes a fresh application along with all the requisite documents which are clear and readable, the authorities will give the necessary connection after due

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make the fresh application along with the necessary documents within a period of four weeks from today. On such application being made, the authority shall consider the same on its own merits and grant necessary permission for new connection within a period of four weeks thereof.

3. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
