The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019 dated 12.05.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354(B), 379, 447, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are said to have assaulted the Informant but she has received only simple injuries. The petitioner no.3, who is the son of petitioner nos. 1 & 2, is only stated to have divested the Informant's son of his silver necklace.

No.19243 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a counter version of the occurrence also and the other persons of this case against whom there is a specific charge of assault have been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the aforenoted facts and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 190 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) rishi/- U T
