The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 607 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Md.
Sohail.
Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17617 of 2020(8) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Town P.S.
