2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to correct the names mentioned in paragraph nos. 9 & 12 of the bail application in course of the day. Permission is granted.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 127(6), 140(4), 143, 145, 64, 61, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
4. The allegation against the petitioner is that, he is involved in immoral trafficking business along with other accused persons. It is further alleged that mobile phones and

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of Seema Khatoon. It is next submitted that raid was conducted in hotel Blue Diamond on the instigation of the petitioner but no one was recovered from the said hotel. It is also submitted that Shakila Khatoon and Sanjay Mandal, Seema Khatoon and Bhajan Kumar have been arrested from the Rani Bihar Hotel. The said Seema Khatoon disclosed the name of the petitioner. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Sharwan Sahni and Sanjay Mandal have been granted bail vide order dated 11.02.2025 and 28.02.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 86518 of 2024 and Criminal Miscellaneous No. 88999 of 2024 respectively. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2024 having no criminal antecedents and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of

No.7830 of 2025(3) dt.12-05-2025 3/3 the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea in Mahila P.S. Case No. 53 of 2024.
