This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for the grant of regular bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 652/2012 arising out of Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 141/2012 pending before Additional Sessions Judge - II, Muzaffarpur.

Perused the report of Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur, indicating examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses, that means, now the case is at the stage of recording statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47370 of 2014 (4) dt.11-03-2015 Criminal Procedure etc.

In that view of the matter, there appears no reason to change the stand already taken. Accordingly, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby refused.

Simultaneously, trial court is directed to do all the needful and conclude the trial at the earliest.
