This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for restoration of M.J.C. No.1843 of 2014, which was directed to be restored to its original file vide order dated 26.10.2016 passed by this Court in M.J.C. No.2506 of 2016, subject to filing of the limitation petition within a period of three weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court MJC No.1551 of 2018(3) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 limitation petition was filed after three weeks. For the reasons, mentioned in this application, M.J.C. No.1843 of 2014 is restored to its original file and number, subject to the condition that the order dated 26.10.2016 passed in M.J.C. No.2506 of 2016 by this Court with regard to filing of the limitation petition has already been complied with. This application is, accordingly, disposed of. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U
