2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 83 of 2024 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 302, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the trial is on the verge of completion as only one witness is to be examined.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a direction to the prosecution side to examine the remaining one witness in the trial on the next date. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
