JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, one country-made pistol and one cartridge were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, when he along with others had assembled to make preparation of committing dacoity. Prior to the institution of the present case, five cases were lodged against the petitioner and out of those five cases, the petitioner has already been acquitted in four cases whereas; in 5th case he has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50897 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 135 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.
