Patna High Court CWJC No.18998 of 2016 dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Officer, Ratani Faridpur, District Jehanabad has not taken any action and has not removed the encroachment, this petition has been filed in public interest.
Keeping in view the aforesaid, it is directed that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order along with relevant documents, the Circle Officer concerned, Respondent No.6, shall look into the grievance of the petitioner, issue notice to the encroachers, hear them and after due process of law shall take such step for removal of encroachment, if any, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
