Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that accused persons called the father of the informant to their home and stabbed him in his stomach, chest, neck, back and hands with intention to kill him. They also snatched the mobile phone of the father of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that specific allegation of assault is against the co-accused Raja Ram, and so far as the petitioners are concerned; there is no

Case No. 305 of 2022, which was lodged by the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 and in order to pressurize, this fabricated case has been lodged. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate in connection with Ekma P.S.
