====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.
2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023 registered for the offences under Sections 420, 406, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the FIR has been filed after a delay of two years from the alleged occurrence without any explanation for the said delay.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13942 of 2024(2) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-1'st, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Inarwa P.S. Case No. 98 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) anuradha/- U T
